This conversation is meant for people who didn't get a seat to the limited ticket event. Also, Blackwell Library is a wheelchair accessible space. First come, first served during the day of the event. The capacity of the room is 50 people.

In conversation with Colgate University’s Gentrification and Education Policy Seminar, the Paul Robeson House Museum hosts a community conversation regarding the interplay between arts, education and gentrification in the city. Facilitated by Program Director Christopher Rogers, the discussion will center around cultivating strategies for artists and artistic enterprise to be accountable to the needs of Philadelphia’s working-class community, just as Paul and Eslanda Robeson’s activist legacy would have it.

Let me also add, there's two texts that students will be engaging with in preparation for this session. These are:

(written by me, yay!)

(Text by Magally Miranda and Kyle Lane-McKinley)
